GHK-Cu/Estriol/Niacinamide/Tretinoin

GHK-Cu/Estriol/Niacinamide/Tretinoin builds on the Glow formula — adding GHK-Cu Acetate (Copper Tripeptide-1) for gene-level aging reversal, dual MMP suppression, angiogenesis stimulation, and DNA repair activation. The most biologically comprehensive cream in the line.

Overview

Four independent actives — each targeting skin aging through a distinct biological mechanism — arrive at the same structural outcome through complementary pathways. GHK-Cu adds a fourth layer that no other formula in this line has: gene-level modulation of over 4,000 skin-relevant genes, shifting cellular behavior in aging skin toward patterns associated with repair and youth.

Active Ingredients

GHK-Cu Acetate (Copper Tripeptide-1)

Naturally occurring copper tripeptide — modulates 4,000+ skin genes, stimulates collagen and GAG synthesis, promotes angiogenesis, activates DNA repair, and suppresses MMP collagen degradation

Estriol

Weak topical estrogen — boosts hyaluronic acid, stimulates procollagen, suppresses MMP-1. Reverses estrogen-related thinning, dryness, and laxity in perimenopausal skin

Niacinamide (Vitamin B3)

Vitamin B3 — repairs the stratum corneum lipid barrier, blocks melanosome transfer, reduces inflammation, and buffers tretinoin irritation during skin adjustment

Tretinoin

Gold-standard retinoid — accelerates cell turnover, stimulates new collagen, inhibits MMP-mediated collagen degradation, and normalizes melanocyte activity. Evening-only

FAQs

How to Use

Evening / bedtime use only — tretinoin is photolabile and increases UV sensitivity. Cleanse and pat completely dry, then wait 10–15 minutes before applying. Apply a small pea-sized amount in a thin even layer to face and neck, avoiding the immediate eye area and lip margins. The dual tolerability buffering of niacinamide and GHK-Cu typically makes adjustment milder, but a gradual start is recommended — begin every other night for 1–2 weeks, then advance to nightly as tolerated. Note: GHK-Cu Acetate has a characteristic blue hue — any visible tint typically resolves within seconds of application. Daily broad-spectrum SPF 30+ in the morning is mandatory.

Precautions

Contraindicated in pregnancy (tretinoin is teratogenic) and breastfeeding. Patients with hormone-sensitive malignancies should discuss estriol use with their oncologist. Patients with known copper or copper peptide sensitivity should not use this product. Do not combine with other retinoids, AHAs/BHAs, or benzoyl peroxide (which inactivates tretinoin on contact) without provider direction. High-dose zinc or copper-chelating topicals may interfere with GHK-Cu activity. This is a compounded prescription product — not FDA-approved.

Storage

Store at room temperature (68°F–77°F), away from direct heat, humidity, and light. Keep container tightly closed. Tretinoin is light-sensitive — store in original packaging away from sunlight. Do not freeze. Keep out of reach of children. Use before the labeled expiration date.
