Tadalafil Apomorphine Troche is a prescription therapy used for male sexual wellness support.
Patients seeking support for male sexual wellness support may qualify after evaluation by a licensed provider
Yes. Both tadalafil and apomorphine require a valid prescription from a licensed provider.
Tadalafil may cause headache, back pain, myalgia, flushing, nasal congestion, and dyspepsia. Back pain and muscle aches are more commonly reported with tadalafil than other PDE5 inhibitors and typically resolve within 48 hours. Apomorphine may cause nausea, dizziness, and yawning at initiation.
Absolutely contraindicated in patients taking nitrates in any form. Not for patients with severe cardiovascular disease, uncontrolled hypotension, recent stroke or myocardial infarction within 90 days, severe hepatic impairment, or known hypersensitivity to either active. Apomorphine combined with 5-HT3 antagonists is contraindicated.
Nitrates are an absolute contraindication with tadalafil. CYP3A4 inhibitors including ritonavir and ketoconazole significantly increase tadalafil exposure. Alpha-blockers require cautious use and provider management given additive hypotension risk. Apomorphine combined with ondansetron or other 5-HT3 antagonists is contraindicated due to severe hypotension risk.
Patients with cardiovascular disease require fitness-for-activity evaluation before use. Patients with renal or hepatic impairment require dose adjustment for the tadalafil component. Not recommended in patients with hereditary degenerative retinal conditions. Patients with Parkinson's disease or active dopaminergic therapy require specialist evaluation before adding apomorphine.
