AI is never used to evaluate patients, approve or deny treatment, generate prescriptions, or make any final clinical decision. All clinical decisions are made exclusively by licensed healthcare providers.

1. Purpose

TestosteroneShots.com, PC is committed to transparency in how technology is used within our telehealth practice. This disclosure explains the role — and the strict limitations — of artificial intelligence (AI) and automated tools in the delivery of our clinical and administrative services. We publish this disclosure in accordance with emerging best practices in healthcare AI governance and in the interest of informed patient consent.

2. What AI Is Not Used For

TestosteroneShots.com, PC does not use artificial intelligence or automated decision-making tools for any of the following:

- Evaluating, screening, or triaging patients for clinical eligibility

- Approving or denying treatment requests

- Generating, reviewing, or authorizing prescriptions

- Interpreting laboratory results or diagnostic findings

- Making or contributing to any final clinical decision

- Replacing the judgment, review, or oversight of a licensed healthcare provider

Every clinical decision — including whether to initiate, modify, or discontinue treatment — is made solely by a licensed provider who has personally reviewed the patient's intake information, health history, and relevant clinical data.

3. How Technology and Automated Tools Are Used

TestosteroneShots.com, PC may use technology-assisted tools, including AI-powered software, strictly for administrative and operational support purposes. These uses are limited to:

- Drafting and formatting administrative or educational content for provider review

- Routing patient messages to the appropriate care team member

- Scheduling support and appointment reminders

- Internal documentation assistance, subject to licensed provider review and approval before use

- Operational workflow automation (e.g., intake form routing, billing support)

- General health education materials, which are reviewed and approved by a licensed provider before publication

In all cases where AI tools assist with content or communication, a licensed provider reviews and approves the output before it is used in any patient-facing context.

Any internal use of AI tools operates in compliance with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) and applicable state privacy laws. Our electronic health record (EHR) system, Healthie, maintains a signed Business Associate Agreement (BAA) and is HIPAA-compliant. All automation workflows are processed through Keragon, a HIPAA-compliant automation platform operating under a signed BAA.

6. Your Rights as a Patient

As a patient of TestosteroneShots.com, PC, you have the right to:

- Know that your clinical care is delivered and overseen by a licensed human provider

- Request a human review of any decision that affects your care

- Decline the use of any technology-assisted tool in your care coordination

- Ask questions about how technology is used in your care at any time

- Access, amend, or request deletion of your health information as permitted by law
