A compounded sublingual troche combining tadalafil, apomorphine, oxytocin, and PT-141 to deliver long-duration erectile vasodilation alongside central dopaminergic arousal, melanocortin desire stimulation, and oxytocin-mediated sensitivity and bonding. Two dose strengths available. Dose on your order form.
Men who want extended erectile coverage combined with desire and arousal support that vasodilation alone does not provide. Appropriate for patients who have responded to tadalafil but want the added dimension of central arousal and desire activation. Provider evaluation required.
Yes. Tadalafil and apomorphine are prescription-only medications. A valid prescription from a licensed provider is required.
Tadalafil: headache, flushing, nasal congestion, and back pain. Apomorphine: nausea and transient hypotension, more pronounced on an empty stomach. PT-141: nausea and facial flushing. Oxytocin: mild transient blood pressure changes. Nitrates in any form are an absolute contraindication.
Anyone taking nitrates in any form must not use this product. Not for patients with uncontrolled hypertension, significant cardiovascular disease, or primary hypogonadism. Apomorphine is contraindicated with 5-HT3 antagonists including ondansetron.
Tadalafil with nitrates is an absolute contraindication. Alpha-blockers may be potentiated. Apomorphine interacts with 5-HT3 antagonists and other central dopaminergic medications. Strong CYP3A4 inhibitors increase tadalafil levels. Full medication disclosure to your provider is required.
Cardiovascular conditions require fitness-for-sexual-activity evaluation. Uncontrolled hypertension requires stabilization before introducing apomorphine or PT-141. Hepatic and renal impairment affect tadalafil clearance and require provider dose evaluation.
