Overview

Sildenafil + Tadalafil + Apomorphine

Oxytocin + PT-141

This formula stacks five independent sexual health mechanisms into a single sublingual troche. Sildenafil and tadalafil are both PDE5 inhibitors with different onset times and half-lives, providing immediate and sustained vasodilation coverage. Apomorphine activates dopamine receptors in the brain's arousal centers. PT-141 stimulates melanocortin-4 receptors for desire. Oxytocin enhances sensitivity, bonding, and emotional arousal. Two dose strengths are available. Your provider selects the appropriate strength based on your history and response.

Mechanism of Action

Sildenafil inhibits PDE5 rapidly with peak effect at 60 minutes and a 4-6 hour window, providing fast-onset vasodilation. Tadalafil inhibits PDE5 with effects lasting up to 36 hours, sustaining that vasodilatory coverage well beyond the immediate encounter. Apomorphine activates D1 and D2 dopamine receptors in the paraventricular nucleus of the hypothalamus to generate centrally-mediated penile tumescence and arousal independent of vascular mechanisms. PT-141 activates MC4R receptors in the hypothalamus to directly stimulate sexual desire and motivation through the melanocortin pathway. Oxytocin binds central and peripheral receptors to enhance genital sensitivity, reduce cortisol, and deepen emotional engagement and arousal.

Benefits

Sexual Health

Dual PDE5 inhibition provides both rapid-onset and long-duration erectile vasodilation in a single dose, covering the full encounter window.

Libido

PT-141 and apomorphine stimulate desire and arousal through two independent brain-level pathways, restoring the motivation to engage that vascular medications alone cannot address.

Mood and Stress

Oxytocin reduces cortisol and activates dopamine and serotonin pathways, creating the emotional calm and connection that supports optimal sexual experience.

Confidence

Five-mechanism coverage across vasodilation, dopaminergic arousal, melanocortin desire, and bonding in a single pre-activity troche.

FAQs

What is Sildenafil + Tadalafil + Apomorphine + Oxytocin + PT-141 Troche?

A compounded sublingual troche combining sildenafil, tadalafil, apomorphine, oxytocin, and PT-141 to address erectile vasodilation, central dopaminergic arousal, melanocortin desire, and bonding simultaneously. Two dose strengths are available. Dose is listed on your order form.

Who should use Sildenafil + Tadalafil + Apomorphine + Oxytocin + PT-141 Troche?

Men managing multiple overlapping sexual health concerns including reduced desire, arousal, and erectile reliability who want comprehensive multi-mechanism coverage in a single pre-activity dose. Provider evaluation is required.

Does Sildenafil + Tadalafil + Apomorphine + Oxytocin + PT-141 Troche require a prescription?

Yes. Sildenafil, tadalafil, and apomorphine are prescription-only medications. A valid prescription from a licensed provider is required before dispensing.

What are the possible side effects?

Sildenafil and tadalafil: headache, flushing, nasal congestion, and visual disturbances at higher doses. Apomorphine: nausea and vomiting, particularly on an empty stomach, and transient hypotension. PT-141: nausea and facial flushing. Oxytocin: mild transient blood pressure changes. Nitrates in any form are an absolute contraindication with both PDE5 inhibitors.

Who Should Not Use Sildenafil + Tadalafil + Apomorphine + Oxytocin + PT-141 Troche?

Anyone taking nitrates in any form must not use this product. Not for patients with uncontrolled hypertension, significant cardiovascular disease, or hypersensitivity to any component. Apomorphine is contraindicated with 5-HT3 antagonists including ondansetron due to risk of severe hypotension.

Are there any drug interactions?

Nitrates with either PDE5 inhibitor is an absolute contraindication. Alpha-blockers and antihypertensives may be potentiated. Apomorphine interacts with 5-HT3 antagonists and other dopaminergic medications. Strong CYP3A4 inhibitors increase sildenafil and tadalafil exposure. Disclose all medications to your provider.

Is Sildenafil + Tadalafil + Apomorphine + Oxytocin + PT-141 Troche safe if I have a pre-existing medical condition?

Cardiovascular conditions require fitness-for-sexual-activity clearance before starting. Uncontrolled hypertension is a contraindication for both apomorphine and PT-141. Hepatic and renal impairment affect sildenafil metabolism and require dose evaluation by your provider.
