Pinealon

Pinealon is a synthetic tripeptide (Glu-Asp-Arg) designed to interact with DNA sequences inside cells and regulate gene expression. It supports neuroprotection, sleep regulation, cognitive function, antioxidant defense, and cellular repair

Overview

Pinealon is a short-chain tripeptide consisting of three amino acids — glutamic acid, aspartic acid, and arginine (Glu-Asp-Arg). Rather than acting on a receptor like most peptides, Pinealon works directly at the level of DNA, interacting with gene regulatory sequences inside cells to modulate expression of genes involved in cellular rejuvenation, neuroprotection, and repair. It is supplied as a pre-mixed injectable vial and administered on a structured 20-day protocol designed to be repeated every 4–6 months for sustained benefit.

Feel

Cognitive decline, brain fog, poor sleep quality, low mental clarity, or signs of accelerated cellular aging

Want to support

Neuroprotection, sleep regulation, memory and focus, antioxidant defense, and cellular repair at the gene expression level

Experience

Age-related cognitive changes, sleep disorders, chronic oxidative stress, or recovery from illness or injury

Prefer

A structured cyclical protocol — 20 days on, repeat every 4–6 months — rather than continuous daily supplementation

How Pinealon Works

Tripeptide Structure

Glu · Asp · Arg — Three Amino Acids

Pinealon is one of the shortest therapeutic peptides in use — just three amino acids: glutamic acid, aspartic acid, and arginine. This minimal structure allows it to penetrate cell membranes and enter the nucleus, where it interacts directly with DNA regulatory sequences. Its small size also contributes to excellent tissue distribution and bioavailability following subcutaneous injection.

DNA Interaction & Gene Regulation

Epigenetic-Style Modulation

Unlike receptor-binding peptides, Pinealon's primary mechanism is at the genomic level. It binds to specific DNA sequences within the cell nucleus to regulate the expression of genes involved in neuronal survival, cellular repair, and antioxidant enzyme production. This upstream influence on gene expression makes Pinealon distinct from most other peptide therapies — acting as a biological switch rather than a signaling ligand.

Cyclical Injectable Protocol

20-Day Course · Repeat Every 4–6 Months

Pinealon is administered as a 20-day daily subcutaneous injection course, then discontinued. The 4–6 month repeat interval is designed to allow the gene expression changes induced during the course to be expressed and consolidated before the next cycle. This cyclical approach differs significantly from continuous-use peptides and is modeled after how peptide bioregulators are used in longevity research.

FAQs

Dosage & Administration

Inject 25 units (0.25 mL) subcutaneously once daily for 20 consecutive days. One 5 mL vial at 4 mg/mL (20 mg total) provides exactly one full course. Use a short insulin-gauge needle and rotate injection sites — the abdomen or thigh are typical. Swab the vial top and injection site with alcohol before each use. After the 20-day course is complete, discontinue and wait 4–6 months before repeating the protocol. Do not use continuously. Your provider will determine when to begin the next cycle based on your response.

Precautions & Side Effects

Pinealon is a compounded prescription peptide. It is not FDA-approved or evaluated by the FDA for safety, efficacy, or quality. A valid prescription from a licensed healthcare provider is required. Must be 18 or older to order. Not available for shipping to Alabama, California, DC, Louisiana, Massachusetts, Michigan, Mississippi, Montana, Texas, Washington, or West Virginia. Consult your provider before use if you have existing neurological conditions, are pregnant or breastfeeding, or are taking medications that affect the central nervous system or gene expression pathways.

Storage

Store Pinealon injectable in the refrigerator at 36°F–46°F (2°C–8°C). The vial comes pre-mixed and ready to inject — do not freeze. Keep protected from direct light and tightly capped between uses. Keep out of reach of children. Use within the beyond-use date on your prescription label from South Lake Pharmacy. Discard if the solution appears discolored or contains visible particles.
