Overview

Apomorphine + Vardenafil + Tadalafil

Ignite combines central and peripheral mechanisms of erectile initiation and maintenance. Apomorphine activates hypothalamic dopamine receptors to initiate the central arousal cascade, while vardenafil provides rapid peripheral vasodilation, and tadalafil extends the response window. Sublingual delivery accelerates the onset for all three actives.

Mechanism of Action

Apomorphine is a dopamine D1/D2 receptor agonist that activates the paraventricular nucleus of the hypothalamus to initiate the central component of erection independent of sexual stimulus. Vardenafil selectively inhibits PDE5 to prevent cGMP degradation, sustaining nitric oxide-mediated smooth muscle relaxation and corporal vasodilation with a faster onset than tadalafil. Tadalafil provides sustained PDE5 inhibition with a longer half-life, extending the response window beyond vardenafil alone.

Oral

Sublingual · Dissolves under the tongue.

Benefits

Zero to Ready in Minutes

Sublingual delivery gets all three actives into your bloodstream fast — no waiting, no planning an hour ahead. The moment starts, and you're already there.

Your Brain Says Go

Most ED drugs work below the waist. Apomorphine works in your brain — activating the dopamine pathway that flips the switch on arousal before anything else has to happen. The want and the ability, at the same time.

Stay Ready All Weekend

Tadalafil's 36-hour half-life means one dose keeps you in the window from Friday night to Sunday morning. No re-dosing, no timing pressure, no performance window.

Fast Start. Long Finish.

Vardenafil fires first for immediate blood flow. Tadalafil takes over and holds the window open. Two PDE5 inhibitors working in sequence — nothing gets left to chance.
