A compounded sublingual troche combining gonadorelin and enclomiphene to restore natural testosterone production through dual-point HPG axis stimulation, available in two dose strengths selected by your provider based on your labs.
Men with low or low-normal testosterone who want to restore their own hormone production without direct testosterone replacement or fertility suppression. Lab evaluation and provider assessment are required before starting.
Yes. Both gonadorelin and enclomiphene are prescription medications. A valid prescription from a licensed provider is required, along with baseline and follow-up hormone labs.
Gonadorelin: mild flushing, headache, or scrotal sensitivity with increased LH stimulation. Enclomiphene: elevated estradiol, mood variability, acne at higher estradiol levels.
Not for men with primary hypogonadism (testicular failure), as both actives require functional testes and pituitary responsiveness to work. Not for patients with liver impairment, thromboembolic history, or hormone-sensitive malignancy without specialist clearance.
Enclomiphene may interact with other estrogenic or anti-estrogenic medications. Concurrent exogenous testosterone or anabolic steroid use suppresses the HPG axis and will blunt response to this protocol. Disclose all medications to your provider.
Patients with liver disease should discuss enclomiphene metabolism with their provider. Patients with cardiovascular conditions or clotting history require evaluation given enclomiphene's estrogenic receptor activity. Regular hormone panel monitoring is standard throughout treatment.
