Overview

Gonadorelin + Enclomiphene

Gonadorelin and enclomiphene work on different points of the same hormonal axis to restore natural testosterone production more completely than either alone. Gonadorelin stimulates the pituitary directly with synthetic GnRH pulses. Enclomiphene removes the estrogenic negative feedback signal that suppresses GnRH output, allowing the axis to run at full capacity. Two dose strengths are available. Your provider selects the appropriate strength based on your baseline labs and response.

Mechanism of Action

Gonadorelin binds pituitary GnRH receptors to trigger pulsatile LH and FSH release, driving testicular testosterone biosynthesis and maintaining spermatogenesis. Enclomiphene selectively blocks hypothalamic and pituitary estrogen receptors, reducing the negative feedback that limits endogenous GnRH pulsatility and allowing gonadorelin's signal to produce a stronger and more sustained LH and FSH response.

Benefits

Energy

Restoring LH and FSH-driven testosterone production through the natural HPG axis eliminates the fatigue, low drive, and mental fog of testosterone deficiency.

Lean Muscle

Optimized endogenous testosterone supports protein synthesis and lean body mass without the HPG suppression of direct testosterone replacement.

Fertility

Both actives preserve or enhance FSH output, maintaining spermatogenesis and making this protocol ideal for men who want testosterone optimization without sacrificing fertility.

Sexual Health

Restored testosterone through the natural axis supports libido, sexual function, and confidence without exogenous androgen administration.

Mood and Stress

Testosterone normalization through an intact hormonal axis supports emotional stability, motivation, and stress resilience.

FAQs

What is Gonadorelin / Enclomiphene Troche?

A compounded sublingual troche combining gonadorelin and enclomiphene to restore natural testosterone production through dual-point HPG axis stimulation, available in two dose strengths selected by your provider based on your labs.

Who should use Gonadorelin / Enclomiphene Troche?

Men with low or low-normal testosterone who want to restore their own hormone production without direct testosterone replacement or fertility suppression. Lab evaluation and provider assessment are required before starting.

Does Gonadorelin / Enclomiphene Troche require a prescription?

Yes. Both gonadorelin and enclomiphene are prescription medications. A valid prescription from a licensed provider is required, along with baseline and follow-up hormone labs.

What are the possible side effects?

Gonadorelin: mild flushing, headache, or scrotal sensitivity with increased LH stimulation. Enclomiphene: elevated estradiol, mood variability, acne at higher estradiol levels.

Who Should Not Use Gonadorelin / Enclomiphene Troche?

Not for men with primary hypogonadism (testicular failure), as both actives require functional testes and pituitary responsiveness to work. Not for patients with liver impairment, thromboembolic history, or hormone-sensitive malignancy without specialist clearance.

Are there any drug interactions?

Enclomiphene may interact with other estrogenic or anti-estrogenic medications. Concurrent exogenous testosterone or anabolic steroid use suppresses the HPG axis and will blunt response to this protocol. Disclose all medications to your provider.

Is Gonadorelin / Enclomiphene Troche safe if I have a pre-existing medical condition?

Patients with liver disease should discuss enclomiphene metabolism with their provider. Patients with cardiovascular conditions or clotting history require evaluation given enclomiphene's estrogenic receptor activity. Regular hormone panel monitoring is standard throughout treatment.
