A compounded sublingual troche combining five actives targeting every major dimension of male sexual health and hormonal function simultaneously: central desire (PT-141), bonding and sensitivity (oxytocin), vasodilation (tadalafil), and HPG axis testosterone support (gonadorelin and enclomiphene). Doses are listed on your order form.
Men managing multiple overlapping sexual health concerns including low desire, reduced arousal, erectile difficulty, and declining testosterone who want a comprehensive single-product solution. Provider evaluation is required before prescribing.
Yes. Gonadorelin, enclomiphene, PT-141, and tadalafil are all prescription-only medications. A valid prescription from a licensed provider is required.
PT-141: nausea (most common, reduced by taking after a light meal), facial flushing, and transient blood pressure elevation. Tadalafil: headache, flushing, and nasal congestion. Oxytocin: mild nausea or transient blood pressure change. Gonadorelin: mild flushing. Enclomiphene: elevated estradiol and mood variability. Nitrates in any form are an absolute contraindication with tadalafil.
Anyone taking nitrates must not use this product. Not for patients with uncontrolled hypertension, significant cardiovascular disease, primary hypogonadism, hormone-sensitive malignancy, or known hypersensitivity to any component. Not for use in women.
Tadalafil with nitrates is an absolute contraindication. PT-141 transiently elevates blood pressure and requires caution with antihypertensive medications. Strong CYP3A4 inhibitors increase tadalafil exposure. Enclomiphene interacts with estrogen-modulating therapies. Full medication disclosure to your provider is required before starting.
Cardiovascular conditions require fitness-for-sexual-activity evaluation before starting. Hypertension must be controlled before introducing PT-141. Hepatic and renal impairment affect tadalafil metabolism and require provider dose evaluation. Regular hormone monitoring is recommended throughout treatment.
