A compounded sublingual troche combining two HPG axis stimulants with two adrenal steroid precursors to restore natural testosterone production and replenish the upstream hormonal substrate that supports it. Doses are listed on your order form.
Men with low testosterone accompanied by low DHEA-S or pregnenolone levels who want to address the full hormonal decline picture rather than testosterone alone. Provider evaluation and baseline labs are required.
Yes. Gonadorelin and enclomiphene are prescription medications. A valid prescription from a licensed provider is required, along with hormone panel monitoring throughout treatment.
Gonadorelin: flushing or mild headache. Enclomiphene: elevated estradiol and mood variability. DHEA and pregnenolone: acne, oily skin, and androgenic or estrogenic effects at higher circulating levels. Hormone monitoring manages these throughout treatment.
Not for men with primary hypogonadism, hormone-sensitive malignancies, or hepatic impairment without specialist evaluation. Not appropriate for patients on concurrent exogenous testosterone or anabolic steroids, as these suppress the HPG axis response to gonadorelin and enclomiphene.
DHEA and pregnenolone may affect estradiol levels in patients on aromatase inhibitors. Enclomiphene interacts with other estrogenic or anti-estrogenic medications. Disclose all medications and supplements to your provider before starting.
Patients with adrenal disorders, hepatic impairment, or hormone-sensitive conditions require provider evaluation. Baseline and follow-up labs including testosterone, DHEA-S, estradiol, LH, and FSH are recommended throughout treatment.
