Mechanism of Action
Hydroquinone inhibits tyrosinase to suppress melanin biosynthesis. Kojic acid provides additive tyrosinase inhibition via copper chelation. Triamcinolone suppresses the inflammatory cytokine cascade driving post-inflammatory melanocyte activation and reduces irritation from the other actives.
