GHK-Cu Troche

GHK-Cu Troche delivers the bioactive copper tripeptide GHK-Cu Acetate through the oral mucosa — bypassing GI digestion and hepatic first-pass metabolism for direct systemic absorption. All the regenerative, anti-aging benefits of GHK-Cu, without an injection.

Overview

GHK-Cu is one of the most well-characterized human tripeptides in regenerative biology — a natural signal for tissue maintenance and repair that declines by more than half between age 20 and 60. The troche form extends GHK-Cu's reach systemically, supporting gene expression, wound healing, immune regulation, GI mucosal integrity, neurological resilience, and organ-level repair — without needles.

Why a Troche?

Mucosal Absorption

Dissolves under the tongue or between the gum and cheek — absorbed directly through the highly vascularized oral mucosa into systemic circulation, bypassing the GI tract entirely

No First-Pass Loss

Avoids hepatic first-pass metabolism that degrades peptides swallowed orally — preserving the active GHK-Cu fraction that reaches systemic tissues and target organs

Needle-Free Systemic Delivery

Offers meaningful systemic GHK-Cu bioavailability without injection — ideal as a standalone oral protocol or alongside topical and injectable GHK-Cu formulations

FAQs

How to Use

Place one troche under the tongue (sublingual) or between the gum and inner cheek (buccal) and allow it to dissolve slowly and completely — typically 10–20 minutes. Do not chew, swallow whole, or drink during dissolution, as this reduces mucosal absorption. Avoid eating or drinking for at least 5 minutes after the troche fully dissolves. Note: GHK-Cu Acetate has a characteristic blue hue — any temporary tinting of saliva during dissolution is normal and harmless. Timing and frequency are determined by your prescribing provider.

Precautions

GHK-Cu Troche is not FDA-approved — all use is off-label and investigational. Informed consent is required. Not recommended in patients with Wilson's disease or copper metabolism disorders, active malignancy (angiogenic activity warrants oncology consultation), pregnancy, breastfeeding, or patients under 18. Copper-chelating agents (D-penicillamine, trientine) are contraindicated with concurrent use. Disclose all medications and health conditions to your provider before starting.

Storage

Store at room temperature, away from direct heat, humidity, and sunlight. Keep in the original sealed container — troches are moisture-sensitive. Do not refrigerate unless specifically directed, as condensation can degrade troche integrity. Keep out of reach of children. Use before the labeled expiration date.
